Manjit Kochar certified golf teaching professional from National Registry of Professional Instructors (NRPGI), Texas, USA and overseas Director Junior Golf Development Program ICGA, Canada has had a long stint learning/teaching golf in North America. Presently, golf teaching professional at the Chandigarh Golf Club since 2006.
Manjit Kochar’s knowledge of golf swing, his philosophy and his expertise in incorporating a physical fitness program into golf instruction has made him an extraordinary golf teaching professional.
His desire to understand and perfect the golf swing has made him an outstanding student of the game as well.
Manjit Kochar has been conducting junior golf programs and tournaments and golf camps and clinics at CGC regularly.

Harmeet Kahlon is an Arjun awardee, former Asian Tour Professional Winner and one of India’s all-time leading Amateur Players who has been bringing laurels to the Chandigarh Golf Club since 1985.
Harmeet is one of the leading coaches at the Chandigarh Golf Club and has been coaching at the Chandigarh Golf Club for 18 years since 2001 imparting 35 years of International Expertise of Golf to the Members and Children. He uses the latest Golf Teaching Techniques including the computer-based V1 Golf and SAM Putt Lab etc.
Harmeet has also conducted many “Free” Golf Programmes at the Chandigarh Golf Club including Play on the Golf Course with Children initiative, Senior Citizens Golf Coaching Programme, Caddy Coaching Programme, Summer and Winter Golf Junior Camps, and organized the Annual Awards function. He is also promoting the 6 CGC Junior Training Programme Golf Tournaments.
Through the Olympic Sport of Golf, Harmeet is contributing to enrich the lives of approximately 1000 Retired Senior Citizens, “Special Children”, Ladies, Caddies etc at the grassroots level by making Golf as broad-based and affordable for all sections of societies including young boys and girls as young as 3 years of age by encouraging them to learn Golf .
Harmeet is also the Director of Golf Academies in Mohali and Patiala from where he encourages children to participate in the CGC Junior Training Programme Golf Championships . Harmeetis a Former Member Board of Directors and Former Chairman ,TPC –Tour Policy Committee- of the PGTI .

The Chandigarh Golf Club has for the past three decades been instrumental in promoting and developing various junior golf activities, tournaments, coaching camps etc. This has resulted in producing world-class golfer from this club. Currently, our three most active coaches Mr. Ajay Gujral, Manjit Kochar and Harmeent Kahlon have very enthusiastically driven junior golf in 2018-2019 in our club be it tournaments, coaching camps, chip n putt events etc.

Ajay has been teaching in the Chandigarh Golf Club since 2002 and has conducted more than 70 Junior Golf Camps till date. In 2018-2019 he was instrumental in conducting coaching classes for children in the form of Camps and Individual lessons. Some of the photos of these activities are seen below:
