Chandigarh, August 20, 2026: The Chandigarh Golf Club is set to mark a landmark milestone as it celebrates its Diamond Jubilee, commemorating 60 years of golf, friendship, tradition and community.

The five-day festivities, from August 21 to 25, 2026, will bring together members, families, past office-bearers and the wider Club fraternity to honour six decades of a club that has become an integral part of the city and has produced some of the country’s finest amateur and professional golfers.

Celebrations begin on August 21 with a special lunch for members who have completed 50 years of loyal membership. The evening will recognise those who have guided and shaped the Club over the years.

August 22 will be the highlight of the programme. The Club will inaugurate its new website and unveil a commemorative clock at the first tee. The Hon’ble Governor of Punjab and Administrator, Chandigarh, will ceremonially tee off the Diamond Jubilee Medal Round. The first round of the two-day medal competition will also be played the same day.

Four days. Six decades. One cherished Club.
